As a family run business, WALK London are 100% committed to all aspects of production and development. One of the key elements they aim to focus on is sustainability which is at the forefront of their ethos. As a brand they also want their loyal customer base to have full visibility on how the shoes are made and what they're doing to implement more sustainability into the business.

All footwear is manufactured across 3 factories in Portugal and India with which WALK have been working with collectively for over 30 years. They treat their factories as an extension of the family, regularly visiting them throughout development and production to ensure everything is up to their standards.

Having strong relationships with their factories allows WALK to have full visibility on the leathers used and how they are sourced. As a brand they now work with 100% LWG rated tanneries. LWG stands for Leather Working Group and ensures the leathers we use are sustainable, sourced ethically and have full traceability from source to final product.
